Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and verified within 2–3 business days, depending on product availability and order volume. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, along with a tracking number.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days, depending on your location and local carrier delays.
Order Changes
Please double-check your cart and shipping info before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to items, quantities, or addresses.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately through our contact us page. We can only update addresses before your order is shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an item has been marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost in transit or has not arrived within 25 business days, please reach out to us — we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.
